When I am in my flow and double-click on the "Create a case" shape the list of child cases is sometimes blank.  After researching this, I found a when condition on step 1 of pzCopyCoverableCaseList that checks for this page.  The step description is "If we are case designer, we already have the covered data in Casetypestages."  So this activity thinks there is a list, but the page is actually blank.  Clicking on any of the connectors in the flow appears to create the blank page (anything at all: plain-jane connectors, when conditions, flow actions)  so after that I do not have my child case list.  If I delete this page from the clipboard I have my list again.
