You can schedule the execution of Data Flow using a Job Scheduler.

Use a post processing activity in that data flow. Create a Data Type, where you will store the date time when execution is completed using that post processing activity.

At the time of next run, pick the instances which are updated later than that date time.

Data flows are generally used to process/transform incoming data streams. Would you be able to share the requirement, on why dataflows should be used to process the BIX ? Any specific reason ? 

If it still needs to be done by Data flow, can you try this and share if it works ? 

1. Create a dataflow with Report Definition as a source 

2. Create a report definition to find the BIX execution history records. This can be done by querying either pr_extract_time table or creating your own data table with a record. (This table can be used to track the execution of multiple bix extracts)  

3. Add a filter to check if the execution date in the record is current date or not (to initiate BIX activitiy only if it is previous day. This can be configured to handle the number of BIX extracts to run on a day)  

4. If satisfied, configure to run an activity pxExtractDataWithArgs

 BIX extracts the data from a blob with defined parameters in batch.

 Using dataflow we can extract data,  you need to have an activity to read data from the blob and prepare it in the required output format.
