Binary File Creation and Changing the Pega Logo

When I am trying to change the PEGA Logo in the Case Manager Portal after creating the binary File , it give me the following error

When I am trying to change the PEGA Logo in the Case Manager Portal after creating the binary File , it give me the following error

This record has 1 Error in 1 place
Cells in a Row—
webdb/NewImage.PNG doesn't exist or is not a valid entry for this ruleset and its prerequisites
But the image is getting displayed there.
Can someone help me here?

Hi Shewta,

This problem may arise due to wrong extension of the file (PNG/png). Did you try to change the same? Also try restarting the pRPC server and check if it works.

you have specified path as "webdb/NewImage.PNG" I think it should be 'webwb' in the beginning of the path.
