Bi-Directional Sync errors in logs

 
Hi,

Our pega application log is filling with below Bi-Directional sync error, It would be grate if you can let us know the cause and fix for this.

Hi,

This is a bug. I guess you need HFix-42336 (This one for for 7.3.1, looks like you are also using 7.3.1). Raise a SR and check this one.

Also check https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/pega-sales-automation-hotfixes there are few other hotfixes available.
