Batch Processing Data Flows status changed to New
We have upgraded from Pega Marketing 7.2.1 to 7.3.1. And After some time I can see that batch processing data flows work objects (Designer Studio -> Decisioning -> Decisions -> Data Flows -> Batch Processing) have changed their status to New. It should be either completed or failed. What could be the possible reasons for this and how to resolve this issue?

Hi Miki,
I never did it for older data flow objects. I only created new ones.

Are you saying you are creating new data flows, start them and their status changes to new (instead of running) ?
If not, can you please elaborate a little more on what exactly you are doing and post some screenshots?

No Mikki, the issue is after the pega upgrade to 7.3.1. The completed batch run status are now showing up as "NEW".
We did not re-run or did anything with them.

Hi Akash,
Did you rectified the issue? In my case, System upgraded from MKT 7.1 to 7.22. And whenever i am running a campaign, it's status is always new. And due to this, Campaign is hung and even ProcessProgramRun agent and requestor is forever active.

I have never seen this issue, but did you try after the upgrade to stop the dataflows, open them, (re)save them, and restart (or reschedule - whatever their status was)?
