Base64 encoded image doesn't show in email
We are using PRPC version 7.2.2.
When ever inline images are sent as an inbound email, "Embed data for inline images into HTML" option is present in listener process tab to show in Pega UI.
It converts the image to base64 format and we are able to see it in Pega.
If we send an outbound email with the encoded format, image doesn't appear in outlook.
Please let me know if there is anyway we can fix it.?

the only solution for this is to send images as attachments and embedded images in the email.
Then the images will appear only as embedded images in Email.
this worked well with MS Outlook. Haven't checked with other mail servers.

Unfortunately, Email clients often block the user from viewing images that are embedded into HTML.
