@JITENDRAD3229 Hi there...I had a similar issue awhile back. Try a few things. Log out of your Pega account and try to log back in. The other thing you can try is to log into your Pega account via a mobile device. For some reason as soon as you complete a mission it doesn't reflect right away.
You may also have to wait 24 hours. Following those three things I've seen the badge pop in. Good luck!

@JITENDRAD3229 Hi, we are experiencing some issues with our Kafka service. The good news is, recording of mission completions is not impacted. As soon as we get the Katka service stabilized we will resend completions - and badges should start displaying on MyPega.
