AWS RDS Postgres Installation
I'm installing a Pega instance in AWS using RDS Postgres as database.
I really would like to know how can I configure PLJava in RDS Postgres to run the UDF scripts.
I googled and what I found is: it is not possible to use PLJava even language C. Based on it I don't know how to go ahead with the install guide.

Hi Raphael,
You are right. AWS RDS doesn't support PL/JAVA version of UDF's.
Basically, UDF severely degrades the performance and UDF installation is optional. Except for the report definitions(with unexposed properties), there is no other place UDF's are useful. Hence, you may go ahead without the UDF installation.

It is clarified.
My concern was in report definitions. To solve it we must expose all unexposed properties used in the report definition, isn't?

Yes, running report definitions require all properties to be exposed. This is to overcome unforeseen performance issues while using unexposed properties.
