Automation of a sap process, problems with runtime on Virtual Machine
Good morning, I have an automation that interacts with the latest version of sap 7.7, so I need to use sendKeys. This automation runs on a Virtual Machine, it is started on request but if the virtual machine is iconized, the automation goes into error by not completing the navigations. the pega studio version is 19.1.25781.0 How can I solve the problem?

@manuelau I am not sure what you mean by iconized. Can you clarify? In order for SendKeys to work, you need to run on an unlocked machine. As for SAP 7.7, we have recently released support for that version in one of the more recent builds.

@ThomasSasnett I mean that I iconize the view of the VM with the Minimaize button of the window. It is known that it is the latest version released after opening a TT to support to be able to inspect SAP 7.7

@manuelau I am not sure I understand your response. It sounds like your VDI screen locks or is otherwise blocked when you minimize. If that is the case, then yes, SendKeys or OCR or anything that requires a screen present will not work. You should try using the latest version however as that does have support for SAP 7.7, so that might resolve your issue.
