Automation is running twice

I have developed automation in page robotics studio. It is works fine in the couple runs. And I put breakpoint in the automation for checking some issue. while I running automation it got stuck and I manually clicked on stop option to end the automation. Now run the automation it executed twice. I have used Openspan.Runtime.Runtimehost method to end automation. while run this method, it throws the exception. Can you please advise on the this issue.

Note: i have added other project reference to this project.

Would you be able to provide more details? Perhaps a RuntimeLog and your solution source code. If not, you can check to see if you added two execution paths (yellow lines) coming out of one execution point (yellow dot). That is the only thing aside from intentionally running something twice that would not be obvious.
