I am attaching an example solution. The StartMyDayController component has a method to ShowDialog. This is where you enable the applications that you want the StartMyDay method to start. It is also where you can capture the screen position and size and where it will position them the next time. The tricky part is that you must interrogate the main windows form control that will get resized and positioned. You must then identify this in the StartMyDayControls property of the adapter as this is what will be used to position and size the application.

In the example attached;

1. Run the solution.
2. Click the Show Dialog button and enable the Notepad application.
3. Click the Start My Day button to launch Notepad.
4. Size and position it wherever you like.
5. Click the Show Dialog button again.
6. On the dialog, click the Capture Screen Details button to record the position and size.
7. Close Notepad.
8. Click Start My Day and Notepad should appear in the position you recorded in step 6.
