Authentication Failed error - User is Kicked out in mobile

While working on the Mobile app and going through multiple screens, Its is automatically logging out with a message "authentication failed".

We had same application in 7.3 and it was working fine, facing issue with 8.3

1. What authentication method are you using ?

2. Can you check the device logs and check for more details on the error ?

3. If you have Android app, you can connect to Chrome and check console logs for more details. For iOS you may have to use MAC + Safari combo for the same

@VinitaK4  Hope your issue has been solved.

I'm also facing the same Issue "Authentication failed" error for my mobile application. Can you please share us how the issue is resolved?
