Attachments failed to download

Hi All

   When documents are attached to the case, the attachments are failed to load from files & documents section in the case. Is this due to some missing privilege?

@ThivyaGR this normally happens in 2 cases when attachments are not properly attached with case or the attached attachment is corrupted. To double check please check proper entry is present in pc_link_attachment and pc_data_workattach tables having PXLINKEDREFFROM as Case pzinskey in pc_link_attachment table.
