I need to attach an Excel XLSM extension file containing VBA macros to a Pega case. Pega is able to attach and retrieve a XLSX extension spreadsheet to a case via the user interface.

However when we attach a XLSM spreadsheet to a case; the spreadsheet is stripped of content and cannot be retrieved. It appears that Pega PRPC will not support XSLM format spreadsheet due to security settings or other reasons.

I am attempting to attach the file on a Pega 7.3 system.

Any guidance on settings or configuration that will allow the Excel XLSM file to be attached and retrieved?
