Assignment error while running a case for Expense Report

Can anyone please tell me why Pega is displaying below error at assignment level for Expense Report case type?

I have been trying to find solution for this since long but doesn't seem to working out :(

Hi Sukhdev,

Please follow the below steps and let us know if it works or not:

  1. Open the Work Group Instance say(default@TGB). (Navigation:  Designer Studio - Records - Organization - Work Group)
  2. Check the value for "Manager" field. It should be [email protected]  and error symbol may be shown against it.
  3. Change the "Manager" value accordingly say(admin@TGB for this scenario).

Hi Vikash,

I am getting the same issue. But there are multiple records in the 'Manager' column. How do I decide which one I need to update ?
