Are Pega VMs free to use forever?

In the CPLSA 8.8 course, I encountered an option to install the Pega Platform locally as a virtual machine (LinuxLite-Pega882.ova). I want to know if the VM is free to use forever with all its features.

Right now it is available to download since v8.8 is on for the CLSA Design and App Build exam. After Pega introduces Infinity 23 then they might revoke access from it.
