We are exploring approaches for migrating data from our on-premises MS SQL database to Pega Cloud Postgres. Our production environment contains a large volume of instances, case data, and history data, and we are looking for a solution that ensures minimal cutover time during migration.

We have evaluated the Data Migration Pipeline, but its limitation of moving only up to 20% of data instances makes it unsuitable for our scenario. Since the source and target databases are different, we are particularly concerned about how schema conversion will be handled during the migration process.

We are already working on making our Pega application compatible with Pega Cloud, but need clarity on recommended approaches for handling the data migration at scale.

Could anyone share best practices, tools, or proven strategies for migrating such large datasets (instances and history) to Pega Cloud with minimal downtime?
