Application Types Service Request/Request Approval/Task Tracker are not present in PRPC v8.5.3

In PRPC v8.5.3, why application Types Service Request,Request Approval,Task Tracker are not present while creating a new application in New Application Wizard. Is there any specific reason? (or) Is there any DSS/privilege which makes them visible?
