-Were there any changes made to the system immediately before this issue started?
-How many nodes is this environment cluster?
-Is the Queue Processor "pyProcessNotification" mapped to BackgroundProcessing node type?
-Can you please verify if the nodes in the cluster is stable?
-Are node's part of this cluster frequently becoming unreachable?
-Do you see any UI errors onscreen at the time you see exceptions in logs?
-Is this causing any issues with Pega platform usage?
-Is there a known trigger?
-Are you aware what are the steps to reproduce this issue?
-Can you please log in to the Admin Studio, launch the Queue Processor landing page and provide a screenshot showing the state of pyProcessNotification queue processor?
-Can you check for any lock errors here: DevStudio -> Configure -> Decisioning -> Decisions -> DataFlows -> Real-Time Processing
I would suggest that you log a support incident for this, and be sure to provide them with the e PegaCLUSTER logs from all the nodes
