Any one know about "Wide of Scheme" error while running a predictive model??

I uploaded a pmml knn predictive model , saved the rule and mapped the input properties.While doing a test run am getting the error "Wide of Scheme", Anyone has any idea how to resolve it??

This appears to be resolved after the following insight was provided - "Wide of Scheme could refer to any values the model gets at run-time that it hasn't seen at model development time. But just to be sure, can you add a screenshot showing where this occurs exactly?"

Attempt with a second file saw no issue.
