Always append to the first row of the table

 
While adding items to the table in pega, I can add above or below the row selected by the user. 
How can I always add to the top row of the table?

@MuratYavuz without having the complete view on this i would suggest to create another icon "Add at first position" and mimic what "Add before" is doing when you click on it being in the first row. Hope this helps.
