All records in the table has null value in pzpvstream column, how to update table record using activity?

Hi,

Database table has pzpvstream column has null value , how we can save the table record using activity?

All records in the table has null value in pzpvstream column

FYI, Obj-open and obj-open obj-handle can't be used in this context since I am getting error message "this instance has null blob stream" error

Could anyone help me?
