Does Agile Studio have a template to import the list of Epics? If so where do I find it?

Under a Backlog case, you will find sub tabs for stories and epics. Navigate to epics. Under Add button you will find action "Import Epics from Excel". When you choose it, you will see a model that also has the template that can be downloaded. Use the template to full content and upload in the same model.
This will Import Epics to the Backlog.
