Agile Desktop- context values colour change in 360 Primary View

Hi,

I'm trying to display a colour change /hide/ disable for a context value in 360 view, when its being clicked and underlying application/applications related to the context value is not up and running.so i need insights on how we can do that in agile desktop as we can only change complete colour by changing accent.
