Agent processing scheduled records
Hi ,
Scenario: In our application we are performing bulk agent processing activities. We will queue the messages to the standard agents received by Service JMS from other system. When the standard agents are turned off the queued messages will be in Scheduled status. Once we turn on the agents in multi nodes . In which sequence the agents will pick the records and process ?
My question is like agent will pick the oldest records or it will pick random records and process?
Could you please clarify on the above ?

I am not sure what is the exact background query runs here. But you can find that by tracing an agent with DB Query enabled.

Hi,
Unless other time settings are configured, the entries are processed in the order in which they were loaded into the agent queue.
