AES is not displaying the dashboard data

Hi,

we are using 7.1.9 version now and we were planning for migration to 7.3.0 and post that planning to install SMA and AES in Dev\Test environment.

We just installed PEGA 7.3.0 and imported AES jar file and SMA jar file. Now,this pega 7.3.0 instance contains only AES and SMA but not application that we have developed.

We could observed that AES dashboard doesn't display any data. Kindly advise whether we will have to import our application in order to make the AES as operational. This is just for confirmation.

Hi,

Please find the attached file for logs.

 

The error message is "

com.pega.pegarules.pub.services.RemoteApplicationException: SOAP service failed
 
 
And , can you please help me with the password for soap authentication profile. I followed below link and found authentication profile was incomplete.

AES gathers all the system health information from  the monitored nodes through a soap servlet url .

 

I could see below exception in the logs that means you’re not configured the AES soap url properly in the monitored node .

Do you have any monitored nodes right now to monitor the health of the node by AES.

 

I would recommend you to first go through  the readme file present in the AES media where below  installation and node configuration guide is provided .
