Additional standard users for sftp
In the amazon cloud we have at present one sftp-directory. Other IT-Systems run by our company are putting manifest- and csv-files on it. A file-listener writes the csv-data into data types.
In future we may also receive data from another company. For data protection reason we need to divide the sftp-directories.
From https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/pega-cloud/cloud/pega-cloud-sftp-service I got that I can request an additional standard user which would have its own unique file directory.
My questions are:
- Do I only have to set up a new file listener for this additional user, without any change in the existing solution?
- Or would the additional user effect the existing filetransfer?
- Are you aware of any pitfalls that I can avoid?

After one week still no answer to my question. Has nobody experience with multiple unique file directories? Your replies are still welcome.

Still no reply to my question. Even if the other customers cannot answer the question, may be there is an expert from inside Pega who is willing to share his knowledge.
