Adding EmployeeInformation to "Review Selection" UI Form

In "Designing a UI Form" section 12 (Configuring Onboarding and Benefits Enrollment IO Forms") sub_section "Update the Review Selections form" step 18, I'm unable to successfully drag the EmployeeInformation to the Dynramic Layout (shows illegal drop).

Confirm the EmployeeInformation section is applied to TGB-HRApps-Work.

The illegal drop you refer to leads me to suspect the EmployeeInformation section is not accessible from TGB-HRApps-Work-BenefitsEnrollment.
