We have the following requirement: When exporting Report Definitions (RDs) to PDF, the output currently includes a 'Record Count' label. We need to display the 'Create Date Time' field above this label in the PDF.

However, based on our analysis, the export functionality uses an out-of-the-box (OOTB) final html rule.

Is there any way to implement this customization?
