Add existing OpenSpan Certificate into current account
Hi,
I am an OpenSpan Certified Developer, I have completed the certification in July 2016 directly with OpenSpan therefore during that time I do not have an account created from Pega. After spoking with Pega Support I was requested to create a new account now and subsequently raise a ticket to Add my existing Certificate into this account.
Pega Robotics Support, please let me know how this could be done and your help is much appreciated. (My certificate serial: <removed serial number>)

Thanks for your reply Vidyaranjan, I have contacted Pega Academy regarding my case on 3.4.2017 but unfortunately have not received any response yet, thus I have also sent a follow up email today.
