How can i perform Insert and Delete in one flow action

for ex: In a step i configured a picklist called company info==> 1.Add Branch 2. Delete Branch

if i select Add Branch A embedded Data page will open (Using Visibility condition) and i can add Branch & it should store in system of record

if i select Delete Branch a field will opened(using Visibility condition) if i type a branch name it should get deleted from the system of records

need step by step configuration
