Action is not working on custom control

I am also facing the same issue, Action is not working on custom control. Did someone has any solution?

Comment quoted -"More over... while Configuring the Custom Control...am getting Activate input formatting,Event(None, On Change, On Blur and On Click) Action:(Post Value and Refresh Section) but these features are not working even after configuring."
