Action Center not working in Mypegacloud website

Even though am an Cloud Administrator, i am getting this message on clicking the Action Center Action Center not working in Mypegacloud website.

"You are not authorized to perform the Actions from the Action center. Please contact your Pega Cloud administrator for access."
