Accessing Pega On MAC

Hi Team,

Is there any restriction present for accessing Pega from MAC book?
Our application is built in Pega 7.1.8 and we have IAC configured to access application externally. Our application is running in cloud.
When the user tried to access our application using Chrome browser in her MAC book below exception occurred[User accessed IAC link].

Exception: PRGATEWAY EXCEPTION @ error- response form PRPC.

We didn't get any exception/Error in our logs.

Hi,

You can use Safari on a MAC to connect to an Application Server running PRPC or Pega 7.1. According to the latest version of the Platform Support Guide (https://collaborate.pega.com/discussion/prpc-5x-6x-platform-support-guide-easy-find) installing Pega 7.1 on an Application Server running directly on a MAC OS is not officially supported.

For details on which Server Operating Systems, Application Servers, and Database Servers are supported please refer to the Platform Support Guide (https://collaborate.pega.com/discussion/prpc-5x-6x-platform-support-guide-easy-find).
