PEGA 7.1.x PE Install on MAC
I was trying to install PEGA 7.1.x PE on my Personal MAC Book, though the Development is supported with all browsers with Version 7.Why is the Personal Edition is limited only to Windows.

You can use Safari on a MAC to connect to an Application Server running PRPC or Pega 7.1. According to the latest version of the Platform Support Guide (https://collaborate.pega.com/discussion/prpc-5x-6x-platform-support-guide-easy-find) installing Pega 7.1 on an Application Server running directly on a MAC OS is not officially supported.

So, are you saying that Pega personal edition cannot be installed on MAC OS and can only be installed on window machines ?

Hi Vinay,
Yes, that's true. Pega PE cannot be installed in any machine apart from windows. I tried all means to install it in my Mac. :(
The best way is to use virtual windows machine and install PE in it. While the server versions can be installed on both windows & linux OS.
