The help is out of date. The accessibility report has been removed from the product. At one point in time it did serve a purpose and had good intentions but as the product and the accessibility landscape evolved over time, the report was no longer serving a purpose. The score and reports it generated were misleading and did not accurately capture an accessibility "rating" of the application.

Customers are far better served by using their own third party tools and other testing mechanisms to get a better picture on if the application they have built meets their own particular business/accessibility requirements.
