Access Management - At Enteprise Level
We have multiple divisions which work independently. We would like to shield one divisions application from others. We are looking for best solution to insulate them. When creating applications, we need to give develops admin rights. which means one divisions' admin can view/edit work done by another divisions' admin. Is there a way to do effective access management. There are 2 options:
1. One instance of PRPC - shared by all divisions - in this case, strong shields will be required. Please suggest if there is some way out.
2. Multiple instances of PRPC one for each division - in this case, when installing PEGA Robotics Studio we would need different Robot Manager URLs for every developer per division.

If each division has their own application and you limit the user's access in their access groups, then you should probably be okay, unless I'm misunderstanding what you are describing, because a user shouldn't have access to the rules in another application. If you have a shared data layer/class structure, it will make reuse easier, but you will need to ensure that you design your application with access control in mind. It's entirely doable, but not necessarily for free.
