Access to internal APIs in System Management

I examined prpservicecutils and noticed that it accesses internal System Management API (import, rollback, restore point etc...)  I would like to access these REST APIs from within our application. Is this approach supported and is there any documentation i could use?

You may see some documentation available in Pega API landing in DevOps section. That will give you an idea how to use those calls.
