When I tried to add a pdf attachment by merging a "EForm File" with "Map eForm" to a case, I see diff behavior from users of diff access group.

E.g. for users under access group A or C, the pdf can be added normally.

for users under access group B, it failed with error (from Tracer): 

Wonder any Access control on table Data-WorkAttach-File based on access group/role? If so, how to modify it? thanks.
