Access Control Policy failing for Queue Processor updates on case
Hello everyone,
We configured Access control policy for a case type and we wanted to send notification to stakeholders but it is giving Access denied error on Onj-Open-By-handle step in queue processor (pyProcessNotification) even when the Access when rule are returning true.
Is this how Access control work for queue processor?

@swatim99 - In the activity pzProcessNotification in security tab we have privilege class "System-Queue-Notification" and "Require authentication to run " is enabled. Can you verify in access roles whether the operator has access for the class "System-Queue-Notification".

Are there any system pages in Access control policy condition like pxRequestor/ OperatorID.
And How it is confirmed these access control policies are returning true in the QP context
What is the context of QP System runtime or Access group? . If system runtime try changing this to AG and check
