7.1.7 to 7.2.2 upgrade in a split scheme configuration, what rules are in the rules database
what rules are in the rules database in a plait scheme install? After completing the update in one environment, can I copy the rules database to another environment to update just the prpc and not the applications I have running in it.

You can copy the rules schema from one environment to another environment and run the data only upgrade in each environment. You have to make sure that all your environments are in sync to follow this approach.
