24.1.3 Upgrade Issues, Java location error

We currently are doing an upgrade from 8.8.3 to 24.1, which installed fine. We then upgraded 24.1 to patch version 24.1.3 and are currently getting the following error when we try to spin up a JVM (VM with Embedded Services)

java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "D:\ProgramFiles\Java\jdk- Proprietary information hidden\jre\bin\java" (in directory "D:\APACHE\Tomcat\9.0.52\kafka- Proprietary information hidden\bin"): CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified
