2 factor Authentication
Hi
I want to implement custom authentication and my requirement is to authenticate user through OTP. How this can be implemented in 7.2.2 and is there any OOTB functionality for this. Please suggest me the way how to implement 2 factor authentication through OTP in 7.2.2.

Hi Krishna,
The 2 factor authentication is planned to be introduced in future release i.e. using OTP for authentication. For 7.2.2 this functionality is not available.
Do watch out for the release notes of the future release.

Thank you for your time. I have seen a video on 2 factor authentication in the below mentioned link. And I did not in future release notes about 2 factor authentication, could you please provide me the link for it.

Hello Krishna,
With respect to the OOTB functionality for implementing this feature, currently it's not available in latest release i.e. 7.2.2
It's estimated that the requested feature would be implemented in future releases of Pega. So you may keep a watch on the release notes as and when the new versions of Pega are launched over here.
