1:1 CE product specialists

Hi,

B2B customer have purchassed:

  • Pega platform
  • Pega SFA – with local marketing campaigns (ability for AEs to send marketing emails to their contact base within Sales Automation)
  • Pega Customer Service

They have NOT purchased the CDH.

They are starting a Pega Marketing POC, and are asking if they need to be licensed with the CDH in order to benefit from the following features :

  • Lead management & scoring
  • Sales emails
  • Integration to CMS

In order to make use of Marketing features, such as as those listed, but also including local-campaigns in SA, customer must be licensed for CDH/Pega Marketing for that usage.  Lead management and scoring is a SFA feature and is the only exception in the above.
