Pega Process Mining Lab Instance not allowing login

Raising this issue on behalf of my colleague : Proprietary information hidden 
I have requested for a Pega Process Mining Lab environment access. The environment link shared - https://pegalab.pm.pega.com/ is not allowing me to login through my ID ( Proprietary information hidden ) and newly set password. 
Could you please help me resolve the issue & login into the Process Mining Studio?
