We are experiencing slowness while performing checkout/check-in operations on any rule. Below is the error we are encountering.

We had recently updated the external Kafka infrastructure setup, but we have reverted the changes. Could you please advise if any specific actions are required to restore normal performance?

We are currently on Pega version 8.8.5 and have already performed reindexing.
