@VancharlaKiranK Yes, this is possible on Pega Cloud 24.2.2, but you must run Snowbound VirtualViewer outside Pega Cloud and integrate it by URL. Store files in a Pega repository like S3 and pass a short-lived secure link or a service endpoint to the viewer. Embed the viewer in a section using an iframe or web embed and pass the case document ID or URL as a parameter. Open outbound HTTPS to the Snowbound host and add its domain to the content security policy and CORS allow list. Protect access with OAuth 2 or signed tokens and hide download or print in the viewer settings if your policy requires it. For Constellation, build a small custom component that hosts the viewer and maps case properties to viewer inputs. Do not install binaries on Pega nodes and do not write PII to logs or temp storage. Raise a Pega Cloud change request for egress and CSP updates and test common types like PDF, TIFF, Word, and Excel. Also note Pega has basic preview, but Snowbound helps when you need many formats and advanced controls.
