Pega Sales Automation (V8.23) migration to Constellation

Hello Everyone, 

 

What are the option we have to migrate pega salesautomation application to constellation. 

Anybody have experiences and the knowledgable documentation to kick start with.

 

Found some articles where we should upgrade to 8.25 before migration. Need insight
