Pega doesn't let you directly share a personal table view with others, but there’s a way around it. First, create your custom view using the "Personalize Table" option. Then, a developer or admin can take that configuration and manually add it as a shared view in the section rule or view settings. Once that's done, others will see that view in their dropdown when they open the table, and they can choose to set it as their default. There’s no button to instantly share your view, but with a little help from the dev team, your custom setup can be made available to everyone
