Thanks for your question. In fact we have already released Hotfixes that introduce camt.110 and camt.111 to supported versions of the Smart Investigate product as a number of our banking clients are participating in the Swift Case Management Pilot.

You may refer to our Hotfix listings resources, identify your target version and note the availability of Swift Case Management hotfix availability for your current version.

Note that these formats are not live for institutions that are not participating in the Swift Case Pilot group, so whilst you may have ready access to these to review and experiment within your test environments, we would encourage you to ensure you are not implementing these in your production environment until your institution has arranged to support these formats formally with Swift.

The Smart Investigate product team work closely with Finbarr; if WF require a more detailed update in respect to camt.110/111 usage, the Swift roadmap or considerations around this or other topics, please let Finbarr know and we can arrange to connect with him and the wider business and IT teams to provide a full and detailed update accordingly.
